It was a busy and meaningful day of honor here at Jockey Hollow on Veterans Day. Students across all grades at both campuses had the opportunity to hear diverse stories from veterans about their experiences in the service. Throughout the day, students also took time to write heartfelt thank-you notes.
As always, our 8th graders at Main Campus paid special tribute to their own beloved veterans by creating the Wall of Honor in the front foyer. The Jockey Hollow community extends a sincere thank you to all the veterans who took time out of their day to speak with our students and to say thank you to veterans connected to our students, staff, and community.
